      • 25x back and forth = 1 set

  • 20 min of long toss

  • 100 swings

5x5x5 bullpen​

  • 50 receiving

    • down to up​

    • 25 barehand

    • 25 glove

  • 15 popups (with gear on)

    • variety of behind plate, foul territory, fair territory​

  • Fastballs - 5 away, 5 middle, 5 in 

    • Velocity over location​

  • Breaking Balls (13U & 14U) - 5 away, 5 middle, 5 in

  • Changeups - 5 away, 5 middle, 5 in
