  • 15 everyday reps

    • 1B do bag jump everydays​

  • Agilities

    • 4 sets of each 4 times, both ways (left & right)

    • 10 yard t-drill 

    • 10 yard box drill (sprint, shuffle, back pedal, shuffle)

    • line agility

      • 25x side to side​ = 1 set

      • 25x back and forth = 1 set

  • 5 sets of 5 driveway to driveway suicides  (your driveway to far end of neighbor's driveway)

  • 20 min of catch (preferably long toss)

  • 50 blocks 

    • create a 4 foot circle around your body, see how many balls you can keep in that circle​

  • 25 balance touch, balance go

  • 25 step behind, balance, throw
