EVERYONE

  • 15 everyday reps

    • 1B do bag jump everydays​

  • Agilities

  • 100 wall work

  • 100 swings

    • 25 reverse grip​​​

    • 25 step back

    • 25 Ichiro

    • 25 regular

  • 20 minutes of catch (preferably long toss)
