Based on some  feedback/advice, we'll start the small group workouts next week (after the arbitrary May 1 date)


  • 15 everyday reps

  • Agilities

  • 100 wall work

  • 100 swings

  • 20 minutes of catch (preferably long toss)


  • 50 barehand receiving, work down to up​

  • 50 receiving, quick transfer, fake throw
