  • 15 everyday reps

  • 20 minutes of catch (preferably long toss)

  • Agilities - 4 sets of each 4 times, both ways (left & right)

    • 10 yard t-drill 

    • 10 yard box drill (sprint, shuffle, back pedal, shuffle)

    • line agility

      • 25x side to side​ = 1 set

      • 25x back and forth = 1 set

  • Wall work - 100 ground balls

  • 100 swings

    • Reverse grip - 25​

    • Ichiro - 25

    • Regular - 50

  • Down to up receiving w/ glove - 50

  • Block & recover - 50

    • block the ball, secure it, pretend there's a runner (no throw)

3x3x3 bullpen

  • Fastballs - 3 away, 3 middle, 3 in 

    • Velocity over location​

  • Breaking Balls (13U & 14U) - 3 away, 3 middle, 3 in

  • Changeups - 3 away, 3 middle, 3 in
